Yet another prominent global company is setting up a branch in Atlantic France. Industrilas is a leader in access control solutions and has chosen Angers as the perfect location to strengthen its business further in France.
Industrilas produces all kinds of access control products. From latching systems and handles to systems which incorporate mechatronics. Mechatronics uses both mechanics and electronics to create systems such as PIN codes or cards to gain access into a specified area.
The company was started 40 years ago by Klaus Mölzer, an ambitious entrepreneur who led it to becoming the worldwide enterprise it is today with activity in 40 countries. The company oversees the whole process when manufacturing its products, from design all the way to the assembly of its goods.
Industrilas is a company which leads the way with innovation and keeps up with the latest advances in access control. For example, it has started Industrilas Mechatronics, a centre to develop innovative solutions.
Atlantic France, a land of industry 4.0
Industrilas already provides well-known manufacturers in France with its solutions, so there are great prospects for the enterprise to be able to flourish in the country. The company therefore decided to set up its first “full service center” in Angers, Atlantic France (the 9th in the world). Being located in Atlantic France offers Industrilas many opportunities in a region with a strong industrial background, professional networks and open innovation dynamics.
Having a presence in different locations is key for Industrilas in order to build connections and expand its business according to the growing needs of the local market. “At the core of Industrilas lies a desire to be locally present wherever we can” explains Fredrik Mölzer, CEO of the Industrilas group, in the company press release.
“With a French office we will advance the support and help to our current French partners, while at the same time introduce new customers to the benefits of partnering with Industrilas, of joining our worldwide family” states the newly appointed Managing Director of Industrilas France, Martyn Davidson.
