The Nantes-based IT companies iAdvize and Akeneo entered the first French Tech 120 selection. A unique opportunity to boost both growth and international impact.
It is an “unprecedented support” proposed to 123 tech companies by the French government. Launched in September, the French Tech 120 offers numerous advantages to these lucky few.
First, it gives them access to an ongoing list of services in four fields: “international development, funding, go-to-market and support with government-related issues”. The program also includes tailor-made support. Companies are followed by a dedicated “Startup Engagement Manager” and they have the amazing power to make three wishes, for example obtaining visas for 30 international employees and their families in less than one month. Impossible is not a French word!
Two promising companies based in Nantes, Atlantic France, were selected to benefit from the 2020 program.
Akeneo, a product experience management specialist
Founded in 2013, Akeneo develops the number one open source product information management (PIM) software which is used by more than 60,000 companies in the world.
The SME provides personalised solutions and advice to more than 300 companies and opened offices in the USA, UK, Germany, Spain and Israel. Akeneo raised $46 million in September 2019 and is planning to invest in machine learning.
