After the first interaction, Solutions&co follows a structured roadmap consisting of four key stages of support.

Analysis of specifications
Within 48 hours of our initial contact, our teams will reach out to refine your requirements, understand your business plan, find out more about your site strategy, assess any constraints you may have, and discuss your objectives. To gather all this valuable information, we will send you a sample specification sheet to complete.
This reference document is key to your success, as it outlines all your criteria and formalises your requirements. The more detailed your specifications, the better we can tailor our response and support. A well-prepared document will help reduce both costs and lead times for your business location project.
During this phase, we will also provide you with all the key information about the region that you may need. It includes economic and social data, as well as analyses and forecasts to provide a clear picture of the region and the dynamism of Atlantic France.
Implementation of a personalised action plan
Once the specifications have been duly completed, our teams will carefully analyse them to propose a personalised action plan that fully meets your expectations. This includes:
- Identifying the ideal location, proposing properties or plots, and organising visits. Turnkey sites throughout the region can help accelerate your business creation project in Atlantic France.
