Kickmaker provides industrialisation consultancy for high-tech projects. The company recently opened an office in Atlantic France and benefited from the complete relocation services offered by Business Solutions Atlantic France and our partner Nantes Saint-Nazaire Développement.

To present itself, Kickmaker says it is “neither a design office nor a consultancy agency, but in between, borrowing the best from each of both worlds”.

The company founded in Paris in 2016 supports start-ups, SMEs and large companies in the industrialisation of high-tech projects.

Kickmaker has cutting-edge expertise in fields such as drones, robotics, new means of transport, IoT, medical and special machines. The company can intervene at all stages of a project, from prototype to series production, favors eco-design and promotes the “made in France” production.

In Atlantic France, a “dynamic in industry, technology and innovation

By settling in Nantes, Kickmaker has benefited from the comprehensive support service proposed by Business Solutions Atlantic France and our partner Nantes Saint-Nazaire Développement.

This included the organisation of visits in the region, the integration into business networks,  support to ease employee mobility and dedicated help with recruitment.

Our objective is to establish ourselves durably in local ecosystems, and to support their development around a common interest: the industrialisation of high-tech products. Atlantic France has a dynamic in industry, technology and innovation, and appeared to us as a top destination. We are delighted to have been so well supported in our establishment.

A lot of recruitment for a fast-growing company

Kickmaker raised €5 million in January 2020 and is growing fast: Nantes is the fourth location of the Parisian company which is also installed in Lyon and Shenzhen (China).

The company plans to double its workforce this year, from 150 to 300 people. In Nantes, 20 recruitments are planned by 2022.
